Alabama Crimson Tide’s freshman wide receiver, Ryan Williams, has reaffirmed his commitment to the team following their recent loss to Michigan in the ReliaQuest Bowl. After the game, Williams was seen expressing his dedication by stating, “Till I die,” emphasizing his unwavering loyalty to the Crimson Tide.
Williams, a standout player from Saraland High School in Alabama, joined the Crimson Tide as a five-star recruit in the 2024 class. During his high school career, he made history by becoming the first two-time Alabama Mr. Football winner and the first sophomore to receive the award.
In his debut season with Alabama, Williams quickly became a key player under head coach Kalen DeBoer. He made an immediate impact in his first game against Western Kentucky, earning SEC Freshman of the Week honors after recording two receptions for 139 yards and two touchdowns.
Throughout the season, Williams continued to showcase his talent, notably in the game against Georgia, where he caught six passes for 177 yards, including a 75-yard touchdown that secured a 41–34 victory for Alabama.
Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 176 pounds, the 17-year-old Williams has been a significant addition to Alabama’s offense. His commitment to the team, especially after a challenging loss, highlights his dedication and the promising future he holds with the Crimson Tide.
