In 2023, Devonte Wyatt’s role expanded after a relatively quiet rookie season. His snap count more than doubled, from 224 snaps (23 percent) in 2022 to 552 snaps (50 percent) in 2023.
With increased playing time, his production soared. As a rookie, he had 15 combined tackles, no tackles for loss, and three quarterback hits with 1.5 sacks.
In his second season, his numbers improved significantly. He recorded 36 total tackles, 5.5 sacks, six tackles for loss, and 11 quarterback hits. Wyatt is anticipating even greater production in 2024.
